What this website actually collects

As of the date above, this website has no contact form, appointment form, newsletter signup, account system, or any other mechanism that collects and stores personal information you type in. The "Call" and email links on this site open your own phone or email app directly — anything you say over the phone or in an email you send is between you and the facility, handled the same way a phone call or letter always has been, not captured or stored by this website.
